This position is primarily responsible for providing oversight of center staff, operations, services, and processes under oversight of Executive Director. This position is responsible for all aspects of operations of the center, including staffing, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction, identifying training needs to promote a learning environment, enhance overall patient and employee experience, and pro- actively identify and respond to areas of opportunity within the center.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND OR LICENSE/CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and three or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
