This position is primarily responsible for educating patients and selling company services. This position will work with the patient from the time the patient enters the center and conduct follow up calls to ensure patients have an amazing experience.

• Through thorough education, overcomes obstacles to scheduling procedures
• Achieves company set key performance indicators such as average sales price and conversion percentage.
• Performs diagnostic tests necessary for LASIK patients.
• Demonstrates positive attitude and a friendly manner; and ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
• Educates patients on preoperative and post-operative eye drops and medications
• Responds to all calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely manner

• 2+ years experience in a customer service or patient interfacing role
• LASIK experience recommended
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to deliver an exceptional patient experience
