Schedule: Full-Time 

Compensation: $400,000 - $475,000 first-year guaranteed salary + productivity upside

Eye Associates of South Texas, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, is a well-established and high-volume ophthalmology group serving the San Antonio community through multiple clinic locations. The practice provides comprehensive medical and surgical eye care with a strong emphasis on cataract surgery and access to care for a broad patient population. 
 
Led by experienced physician leadership, the group is known for its strong clinical reputation, efficient operations, and collegial, low-drama culture. This role offers an incoming surgeon the opportunity to step directly into an established patient base with immediate surgical demand and long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
• Interest in high-volume cataract surgery
• Open to experienced surgeons or fellowship-trained candidates
• Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic locations
• Team-oriented, patient-focused, and adaptable practice style
